He has an exceptional talent for and experience in building and positioning brands and authoring foundational brand strategies. Over the past decade, he has led a couple of different midsize creative agencies, including Hyperquake, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tobias understands how to uncover unique, creative, marketing, strategy, and branding insights & opportunities for his clients that can drive revenue and lead to novel brand launches and go-to-market plans. He lives for building businesses and challenging his clients with unconventional solutions.
With extensive brand agency experience, Tobias is skilled in rallying and leading a large team of creatives, writers, and strategists. Before joining Amplēo in 2023, Tobias worked 10 years as an Executive Creative Director building brands and leading creative teams. Tobias also spent more than 10 years of his professional career as a tenured Professor of Graphic Design at Northern Kentucky University.
In May of 2023, he graduated with an Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Mendoza College of Business, at the historic University of Notre Dame, in South Bend, Indiana. Tobias also holds a Master of Digital Design (MDes) degree from The College of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning (DAAP) at The University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Degree in Visual Communication from The Art Academy of Cincinnati.
